Booking & Service Information

To protect our equipment from heat and weather-related damage, Outdoor setups must be under a tent, roof, or covered structure.
Travel is included within 15 miles of ZIP code 77012. Additional travel fees apply beyond this radius.
A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your event date. This amount is applied toward your remaining balance.
For self-service packages, we deliver, set up, and return at the end of your rental period for pickup.
Standard setup begins approximately 1–1.5 hours before your scheduled start time.
Props are not included with our self-service drop-off package. A full prop table may be added for an additional $35 and includes a 4-foot table with a variety of fun props, such as fashion glasses, oversized novelty glasses, headbands, hats, and curated sign props.
