Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll review your event details and confirm availability for your date. If your date is available, we’ll send you the appropriate package options and a link to our online booking system. 

Once your date and package are confirmed to be available, you’ll receive a link to our online booking system where you can complete the booking process.

To reserve your date:

1. Complete the booking form through our online booking system.

2. Pay the $50 non-refundable retainer.

3. Sign the service agreement.

4. Once both the retainer and signed agreement are received, your date is officially reserved.

Dates are not guaranteed until both have been received.

Due to the extreme summer heat in Southeast Texas, we do not offer outdoor setups from May through September to ensure the safety of our equipment and the quality of your photo booth experience. Outdoor setups are available during cooler months, provided the booth is on a level surface and protected from direct sunlight and all weather conditions. 

Travel is included for the first 15 miles from our home base (ZIP code 77012). For events outside this service area, a travel fee of $20–$75 may apply based on the event location. 

We typically arrive 1 to 1½ hours before your scheduled service time to ensure everything is set up, tested, and ready before your photo booth experience begins.If you prefer the booth to be fully set up before your event or reception begins, we can often accommodate early setup for an additional fee, depending on the venue, schedule, and location. 

Your remaining balance is due during the week of your event. We accept Zelle and cash. If paying in cash, payment is due upon our arrival before setup begins. 

Each photo session includes prints based on your selected package, with a maximum number of prints per session. Guests are welcome to take unlimited photo sessions during your rental time. 

Guests simply pick up the phone, wait for the beep and leave a heartfelt message, funny memory, or well wishes. It's an unforgettable alternative to a traditional guestbook. 

Within 5 days of your event, you'll receive all of your voice messages along with a keepsake highlight video featuring the recordings. 

It's as simple as picking up the handset. As soon as it's lifted, the camera turns on and guests can see themselves on the screen while recording a personal video message. When they're finished, they simply hang up the handset, and their video is automatically saved. 

Within 5 days of your event, you'll receive all of your voice messages along with a keepsake highlight video featuring the recordings. 

We arrive about 1 hour before your rental begins to set up the booth and provide a quick tutorial if needed. The on-screen prompts make it easy for guests to use. Once your rental ends, we'll return to pack everything up and take care of pickup. 

Yes! We bring our own internet connection for digital features like text sharing. In some locations, cellular service may be limited due to the venue's construction or surrounding area. If needed, we may request access to the venue's or homeowner's Wi-Fi to ensure the best possible connectivity. 

Yes. We require access to one standard electrical outlet within approximately 25 feet of the setup area.
